- Follow Procedures: Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Experience: No prior customer service experience necessary; we train you.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Attitude: A positive, patient, and customer-first mindset.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Location: Must reside in or near Atlanta, GA.
