Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve billing, technical, and account-related issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data privacy
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (e.g., CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer escalations
- Participate in weekend-only shifts (Saturday/Sunday) with weekday training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun) with flexibility for weekday training
- Typing speed: 40+ WPM with high accuracy
