Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Process transactions, returns, and account modifications accurately
- Document interactions and maintain detailed case notes in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Continuously update knowledge base of products/services
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, resolution time)
- Identify trends and provide improvement suggestions
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience (remote preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- High-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
