Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining strict data privacy standards
- Collaborate with technical and billing teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for CSAT, resolution time, and first-contact resolution
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives through customer feedback analysis
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume contact centers
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with neutral accent
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously while maintaining composure
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends during peak seasons
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
