Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve billing, product, and technical issues with first-contact resolution
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and AHT targets
- Identify upsell opportunities and recommend appropriate solutions
- Document all interactions following company protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or call center experience
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities with empathy-driven approach
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
