Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer communications via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and product inquiries with first-call resolution
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and call quality scores
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge training
- Support team initiatives to improve customer experience workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a BPO or corporate setting
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with neutral accent
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution techniques
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends/holidays)
