Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls, chats, and emails with efficiency and accuracy
- Resolve billing, technical, and account inquiries using CRM systems
- Document interactions and maintain detailed case notes in Salesforce
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain compliance with PCI and data security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Type 35+ WPM with strong computer navigation ability
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital channels
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
- Clear criminal background check required
