Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries and technical support issues
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for complex resolutions
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexibility for evening/weekend shifts
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable
