Responsibilities
- Handle 50-80 daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels
- Resolve billing, technical, and product issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Meet/exceed performance metrics: 90% CSAT, 25 AHT, 95% FC
- Collaborate with technical support teams for complex escalations
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills (English)
- Proficient in Windows OS and CRM software
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends
- Valid Florida driver's license (for occasional off-site training)
