- Handle inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding billing, services, and technical support
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (e.g., CSAT, AHT)
- Collaborate with team leads on process improvements
- Adhere to compliance protocols and security standards
- Participate in ongoing training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months customer service or call center experience
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
- Typing speed of 35+ WPM with high accuracy
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends (rotating schedule)
- Problem-solving mindset with conflict resolution abilities
