Responsibilities
- Handle incoming/outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (call quality, resolution time)
- Collaborate with team to improve service standards
- Participate in ongoing training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic computer proficiency (CRM software, MS Office)
