Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce database
- Meet/exceed daily performance metrics (AHT, CSAT)
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality
- Participate in ongoing training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills (English/Spanish bilingual a plus)
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations

- Available for flexible shifts (evenings/weekends)
