Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and policies
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while meeting SLAs
- Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues effectively
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
- Maintain high CSAT scores and adherence to quality standards
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) with technical proficiency
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening abilities
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends
- Relevant CRM software experience (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
