Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account details
- Maintain accurate call logs and CRM documentation
- Meet/exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including CSAT and AHT
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Reliable transportation for on-site shifts
