Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Document interactions in Salesforce with precise detail and accuracy
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Identify upsell opportunities during customer interactions
- Participate in monthly process improvement workshops
- Maintain 25+ calls/day while adhering to quality metrics
- Train new hires on company protocols and product knowledge
Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer service or tech support roles
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Experience with Zendesk or similar support platforms
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
- Spanish fluency a significant plus
- Must pass background check and drug screening
