Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions in a timely and professional manner.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to escalate complex issues.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
