Responsibilities
- Handle 50-75 inbound/outbound customer calls daily with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing inquiries, technical issues, and service complaints using CRM tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex cases efficiently
- Document all interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain data hygiene
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics for CSAT (90%+) and resolution rates
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and share feedback
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in a B2B/B2C environment
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with neutral accent
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced settings while maintaining composure
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Spanish fluency is a significant plus
- Passion for problem-solving and continuous learning
