Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints by investigating problems, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
- Provide product and service information to customers, ensuring they understand our offerings.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate management level when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or prior customer service experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, support, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and tone.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with computer systems, CRM software, and MS Office Suite.
