Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally, striving for a first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information into our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to escalate complex issues and ensure comprehensive solutions.
- Proactively identify trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements to management.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and billing to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or relevant experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required for occasional on-site meetings).
