Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve complex inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution rates
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
