- Maintain performance metrics: 20+ calls/day, <5% average handle time
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with Zendesk/Salesforce CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask across multiple channels simultaneously
- Associate degree or equivalent professional certification
