Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction scores.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM database.
- Provide detailed product information and assist customers with billing and account inquiries.
- Collaborate with the team to identify trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements.
- Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate assistance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we provide full training for the right candidate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
