Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with average response time under 90 seconds
- Resolve product/service issues using CRM tools (Salesforce) and escalate complex cases to senior specialists
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA/PCI standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and reduce resolution times
- Meet monthly KPIs including CSAT scores (target 95%+) and first-contact resolution rates
- Participate in continuous training programs to enhance product knowledge and soft skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume contact center environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining composure under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
