Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% first-contact resolution rate
- Document interactions in CRM systems while maintaining precise case notes and compliance records
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex product/service escalations
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities to enhance client retention and satisfaction
- Participate in weekly training sessions to master new product features and service protocols
- Analyze customer feedback to identify process improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience in tech or SaaS environments
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with multilingual capabilities preferred
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure while resolving high-stakes issues
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional certification required
- Experience working in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments
