Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with first-contact resolution
- Document interactions in CRM system with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex product issues
- Identify upsell opportunities for premium service packages
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction score through personalized support
- Participate in weekly training to enhance product knowledge
- Support team metrics: 25+ calls/day, <5 average handle time
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience in SaaS or tech industry
- Proficiency with Zendesk and Salesforce platforms
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask across digital channels
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required
- Available to work evenings/weekends during peak seasons
- Seattle residency preferred (relocation assistance available)
- Spanish bilingual certification a plus
