Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Process orders, returns, and refunds using CRM systems
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams for complex issue resolution
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in Salesforce
- Identify upsell opportunities during customer interactions
- Adhere to compliance protocols and data security standards
- Participate in weekly performance improvement coaching sessions
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask with empathy and professionalism
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends
- Spanish bilingualism highly desirable
