Qualifications

- 1+ years customer service experience in a local market setting
- Exceptional communication skills with clear, professional verbal/written abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
