Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve product/service issues using troubleshooting methodologies and CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and implement solutions
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution targets
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume contact center
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with strong active listening
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining composure under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Available for flexible shifts including evenings/weekends as needed
