Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Process transactions and updates accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Document interactions while maintaining detailed case notes
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution rates
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
