Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats with Memphis residents
- Resolve inquiries regarding local services, billing, and account management
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for response time and satisfaction
- Contribute to process improvements for Memphis-specific services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with Southern US dialect fluency
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Memphis residency strongly preferred
