Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues within SLA targets
- Document interactions in CRM systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality
- Proactively upsell solutions when appropriate to enhance customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge
- Meet/exceed KPIs including CSAT scores and first-contact resolution
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience or strong transferable skills
- Exceptional verbal/written communication in English
