Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve product or service issues efficiently while adhering to company policies and scripts.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates accurately in our CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management or technical teams when necessary.

Qualifications
