Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with a focus on first-contact resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and product troubleshooting.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions within our CRM database.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or escalate issues to senior management when necessary.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and brand voice during every interaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in a call center, retail, or customer service environment is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems, CRM software, and typing (minimum 40 WPM).
- Ability to remain calm, patient, and solution-oriented under pressure.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
