Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a positive and professional attitude.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and accurately.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service metrics and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
