Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently to ensure first-call resolution.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Follow established call scripts and quality assurance guidelines to maintain brand consistency.
- Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to meet daily performance metrics (KPIs).
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior support staff when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college is a plus.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidates.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a clear speaking voice.
- Proficient in using computers and navigating web-based software.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must possess a stable, high-speed internet connection if working remotely.
