Responsibilities
- Resolve Customer Inquiries: Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat messages with a focus on customer satisfaction and effective problem resolution.
- Process Orders: Accurately enter and process customer orders and returns using our CRM system.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and interaction logs in our database.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and technical support teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Upselling & Sales Support: Identify opportunities to suggest additional products or services to meet customer needs.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred, but we provide full paid training for the right candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Attendance: Must be reliable and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Empathy: A patient and empathetic approach to helping customers.
