- Build Rapport: Establish positive relationships with customers to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all interactions and customer feedback in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the support team to improve service protocols and share best practices.
- Training: Complete product and service training to stay up-to-date with company offerings.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical: Proficient with computers and basic software (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Internet: Stable, high-speed internet connection required.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Typing: Ability to type 35+ WPM.
- Location: Must reside in the Memphis, TN area (or willing to work remotely from a valid location).
