Responsibilities

- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required (Paid training provided).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
