Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Resolve product and service issues by clarifying the customer's request and diagnosing the problem.
- Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately using internal software systems.
- Document all interactions and transactions in the CRM database.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Collaborate with the team to improve service processes and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote roles.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
