Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately using our CRM software.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to supervisors when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate multiple software applications.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
