Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve complex customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT).
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions within our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and improve service protocols.
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency and typing speed (40+ WPM).
- The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
