- Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently, striving for a 100% satisfaction rate.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our internal CRM systems.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in our database to maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify common customer pain points and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we provide extensive paid training for the right candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
