Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and listen actively.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency (35+ WPM).
- A friendly, patient, and problem-solving attitude.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (if remote/phone-based).
