Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's issue; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the issue.
- Take additional actions to resolve problems, such as returning merchandise, processing refunds, or issuing credit.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the Team Lead when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
Qualifications
- No prior customer service experience required; we value attitude over experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type at least 30-40 WPM.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (Remote/Hybrid eligible).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
