Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns by identifying root causes and providing effective, lasting solutions.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, transactions, and feedback within the CRM system.
- Follow established call scripts and quality guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and policy changes to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail is highly desirable.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
