Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve complex issues using CRM tools and collaborative problem-solving techniques
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining data integrity
- Meet/exceed KPIs including CSAT scores, resolution rates, and handle times
- Proactively identify process improvements and share insights with leadership
- Master product knowledge through continuous training modules

Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience in remote or hybrid environments
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with neutral accent
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
- High-speed internet connection and dedicated home office space
