Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound customer calls with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while adhering to company scripts.
- Enter and update customer information accurately into the CRM database.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to type at least 40 WPM.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
