Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve product and service issues by clarifying the customer's request, diagnosing service/troubleshooting problems, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Build rapport with customers, identify their needs, and provide accurate information.
- Document all customer interactions and actions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and process improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and service policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
