Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to shoppers in our high-volume Washington DC and Virginia locations.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking shelves and organizing the sales floor.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with a focus on retention and satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays as part of the full-time schedule.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
