- Document all interactions and maintain detailed, up-to-date customer records.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes and enhance customer satisfaction scores.
- Participate in daily training sessions to master new tools and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to de-escalate difficult situations calmly.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we provide training for the right candidates.
- Must be available for full-time shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace if working remotely.
